Unique Rotary Cutter

Carefully design rotary cutter (patent pending design) make the possibility to adapt irregularity of size and shape of each dehusked coconut.

Minimum cutting gap assembly provide minimum skin peeling thickness to increase output recovery of coconut kernel.

Size & Shape Adaption

Intelligent sensor control and detection make the possibility to clamp all type of coconut with various height.  This feature is too important to firmly clamp and hold the coconut without over pressing the kernel which is fragile and break easily.  

Design.control.

A powerful and stable micro controller with a higher sensing sensitivity provide efficient control system for the whole machines. With intelligent programming and more special feature, COCOPEEL is able to perform with high efficiency cycle.

This COCOPEEL is running at 200 VAC-240 VAC at less than 5 A.  Major components are running at DC 24 V. In short, it is an low electricity consumption  machine.

In order to reduce the total cycle time, many unproductive automation sequence can be simplified.

COCOPEEL fast search peeling knife system cutting down total peeling time by having a high speed moving from starting point to start peel point and than automatically changing to actual peeling speed which is slower and synchronize with coconut turning speed to achieve a clean peeling effect.

 

With this automatic speed switching system, a small size coconut peeling time can be done in a very short period.

Consistence of peeling thickness (approx. 1.4 - 1.5 mm average) with no overlapping during peeling, COCOPEEL will produce about 8% more output compare to traditional hand peeling process where  the average the average peeling thickness is about 2 mm with plenty of overlapping peeling.

Daily product output of 10,000 KGS of white kernel with recovery of 8% = 800 KGS.

If cost of white kernel is USD1.00 each KG, than the recovery of 800 KGS of kernel equal to USD800.00.   The saving of 26 working days each month would be USD20,800 each month or USD250,000 each year.

To date, medium scale coconut processing plant would consumes about 30,000 KGS each day and for that figure, the recovery would mounted to USD 750,000.00.
